Pahrump Masonic Lodge No. 54 F.&A.M.
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Pahrump Masonic Lodge No. 54 operates pahrumpmasons54.org. This policy explains how information is collected and handled through our website, inquiry forms, event registrations, and scholarship application.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use our website, you may provide:
Membership inquiries: Your name, phone number, and email address.
Event reservations: Your name, phone number, email address, ticket quantities, and names of accompanying guests.
Scholarship applications: Your name, phone number, email address, education level, academic qualifications, grade point average, and any comments or additional qualifications you choose to provide.
Direct correspondence: Your contact information and the information you include in an email or other communication.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry, reservation, or application.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries about Freemasonry, manage event reservations, administer scholarship applications, and communicate with you about those requests.
We do not sell or rent personal information or use form submissions for marketing.
Forms and access to submissions
Our online forms use Zoho Forms, including forms presented under forms.pahrumpmasons54.org. Submissions are stored in the form administrator’s Zoho account. Within the lodge, access to those submissions is currently limited to that administrator.
Zoho processes information as part of providing its services. See Zoho’s Privacy Policy for information about its handling of service data.
For our public membership inquiry, scholarship application, Cabs & Colors 2026, and George Washington reservation forms, optional collection of IP addresses, country, device type, operating system, and user agent is disabled. Browser geolocation is also disabled. Campaign (UTM) tracking and embedded-form PostMessage tracking are not configured. Google Tag Manager is not configured on the inquiry or scholarship form and is unavailable on the two reservation forms because they contain payment fields.
These form settings do not prevent Zoho or payment providers from processing technical information needed to deliver, operate, and secure their services.
Payments
Online dues, donations, and event payments are handled through PayPal. Payment information you enter in PayPal’s checkout is handled under PayPal’s Privacy Statement.
The lodge may receive transaction information needed to confirm payments and maintain financial records, such as payer details, payment amounts, and transaction status.
Website operation and security
Our website uses 2ndcity hosting and Wordfence security services to operate the site and protect it against misuse. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times. Wordfence Live Traffic is configured for security-related traffic only, with a storage limit of 2,000 records and a maximum retention of 30 days. These limits apply to Wordfence Live Traffic, not to every hosting or service-provider log.
The website and services linked or embedded within it may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as signing in, security, forms, and payments. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some features.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve these fonts, which involves sending your IP address to Google. See Google’s explanation of Google Fonts privacy for more information.
How long information is kept
We have adopted the following retention schedule and will review submissions annually to identify records due for deletion:
Freemasonry inquiries: Two years after the last contact, unless the inquiry remains active.
Event registrations and guest names: One year after the event, once payments and any disputes are settled.
Unsuccessful scholarship applications: One year after the award decision, once any questions are resolved.
Successful scholarship applications: Three years after the final award payment, subject to any scholarship-program requirements.
Dues, donations, payments, and scholarship award accounting records: Retained separately under the treasurer’s financial-record schedule and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Records needed for an unresolved matter or an applicable legal or program requirement may be retained longer. Our review will also cover downloaded copies and emailed copies under our control. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed under the applicable backup-retention process.
When a submission is moved to Zoho Forms’ Trash, it can be restored during the five-day recovery period. Zoho then permanently deletes the trashed entry, according to its submission-deletion documentation. Removing a submission does not delete the reusable form or payment records held separately by PayPal. Service-provider backups and logs may follow separate retention processes.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, contact info@pahrumpmasons54.org.
We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain for financial recordkeeping, legal requirements, or resolving outstanding matters. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
